During my 7-night stay at The Urban Hotel Lusaka, I found the hotel to be very clean and tidy, featuring great amenities and an amazing bar. The customer service from the staff was really good, as they accommodated my request for a refund for the remaining nights when my trip was unexpectedly cut short. However, I did encounter some issues with the hot water during my morning showers (it would turn off and then come back on), but this did not diminish my overall experience.
